Dreamers2gether Inc. Cancellation/No Show Policy

We value your commitment to our services and respect your time. In return, we kindly request that you adhere to the following cancellation/no show policy:

 

1. Cancellation:

  • In the event that you must reschedule your appointment, kindly inform us with a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice. Any cancellations made after this time frame will incur a rebooking fee.

 

2. No Show: 

  • A "no show" is when you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice. Additionally, if a participant fails to join the meeting within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice, it will also be considered a "no show."

 

3. Rebooking Fee:

  • Should a cancellation occur with less than a 24-hour notice or result in a no-show, a rebooking fee of $50 will be charged. This fee must be settled before a new appointment can be scheduled.

  • A rebooking fee of $50 will be applied to individuals who arrive unprepared for their appointment, fail to submit required documents 48 hours prior, or engage in driving behind the wheel activities during the appointment.

 

Non-Refundable Appointments:

Please note that all appointments are non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations.
