DACA Renewal Taking Longer Than Usual?
You're not alone, our community of DACA recipients has been sharing that their DACA renewals are taking longer than they used to. If your applications is outside regular processing times, meaning you have been waiting for more than 105 days, take these steps that are suggested by our community.
1. Submit a Case Inquiry to USCIS
For DACA renewal applicants, USCIS recommends calling them (1-800) 375-5283 to ask about a case pending longer than 105 days.

2. Reach Out to Your Representative or Senator
Find your representative by using the Zip Code of where you live: https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative

Find your Senator by using the Sate of where you live: https://www.senate.gov/senators/senators-contact.htm

You can contact them for help. You will likely get various options to pick from, which you would then select "Help with a Federal Agency" and follow the prompts. They will then email you with a release form that you have to sign.
3. Seek Support from Your Job's Human Resources
Ask your Human Resources department to write a letter to USCIS explaining your vital role within the company and emphasizing the importance of approving your Employment Authorization Document (EAD) for continued work.

Once written, you can log in to your USCIS account and upload the letter to "Unsolicited Evidence".
